The PRESHCO academic experience is made up several different components, including the academic courses, rich cultural programming, mandatory excursions, optional volunteer opportunities, and occasional seminars.
There are two curricular options to choose from: enrollment in PRESHCO courses taught by Spanish faculty for program participants and direct enrollment in conventional Spanish university courses. In consultation with the Resident Director, you will normally select two PRESHCO courses and two courses from University of Córdoba’s regular course offerings. Course texts and instructional materials for Program courses are provided by PRESHCO. A stipend is allotted for materials for other courses when necessary.
Each course is worth 4 semester credits, and a normal, full-time course load is 16 credits.
